The initiative of the Municipality of Andria intends to strengthen the Pronto Intervento Sociale and the structures for combating poverty, including extreme poverty or marginality, as well as to promote accessibility to essential services also for homeless people present in the municipal territory, also guaranteeing civil registration.
A project, with a dedicated APP, to make concrete the possibility of using essential and first necessity services related to further constitutionally guaranteed fundamental rights such as, for example, access to social welfare and health services.
